The Quad UofL Housing

The 56-unit The Quad UofL Housing Complex was setup to house medical school students and faculty members. The building consists of two “pods” at 28 units each (first pod built 2011). Each pod consists of studio, one-, and two-bedroom units as well as one two-story two-bedroom apartment that is supposed to house faculty member. Amenities include mail center, common living room/ dining area, and outdoor patio as well as ground level parking garage.
