Sansom Park Apartments

This project included two developments on the same site in Austin, TX: four-story 216-unit Senior Apartment Complex and 256-unit garden style family apartments.

Senior Apartments was composed of one-, two- and three- bedroom units with amenities that included Recreation Area, Outdoor Pool, Library, Fitness, Business Center, Mail Center, Medical office, and Administrative areas.

Family apartments included 12 garden-style apartment buildings with two- and three-bedroom units as well as clubhouse and outdoor pool.
