Port Royal Apartments

Completed in the spring of 2018, The Port Royal Apartments is a 192 two- and three-bedroom multi-family housing complex located in the heart of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The complex consists of eight three-story “garden style” buildings, along with a 2,300 sf clubhouse/rental office with amenities such as secured pool and pool house area, gated access, central mailbox kiosk, accessible outdoor playground, and designated picnic areas. Each apartment unit has access to a private patio or balcony with outdoor storage, central air and heating, and electric appliances including washers and dryers.
