Mix-Use Development

Intended to help kick start the downtown revitalization of New Albany, IN, River View is a mixed-use infill development situated along the Ohio River levy.

The project includes two levels of underground parking for both downtown and the development, 110 condominium units, 40,000 SF of new retail and 40,000 SF of new office space. As the result of an RFP selection process Studio A’s design was selected from 26 responding firms.
