The Villages at Ben White

This project included two developments on the same site in Austin, TX: a four-story 185-unit senior apartment complex and 240-unit garden style family apartments.

The senior apartment complex is composed of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with amenities that include recreation area, outdoor pool, library, fitness, business center, mail center, medical office, and administrative areas.
