Springhurst Pines

The expansion of existing Springhurst Pines Nursing Home was completed in early 2015. The new addition is positioned in front of the existing structure and will serve as the “gateway” to the overall complex. Design includes 40 private patient rooms arranged in three neighborhoods.

There was no need to add to the new kitchen and laundry facilities – existing have been sized adequately to accommodate the expansion. New rehab gym, new central bathing, and new activity areas are provided with this addition.
