Landerbrook Transitional Care

Studio A designed a new prototype for a 54-bed nursing home for Atrium Living Centers. The first facility opened in 2016 in Mayfield heights, OH.

The building is arranged in two Neighborhoods centered around the exterior garden area. Common areas include central kitchen, satellite kitchen/service areas, administration, meeting areas, theater and activities rooms, salon, occupational therapy and speech therapy, laundry, general storage, and mechanical support areas.
