Studio A designed a new prototype for 82-unit Assisted Living / Memory Care Community. The C-shaped complex contains a three-story resident tower and a one-story Administration / Activities structure in the front. Common Areas include Restaurant, Library, Sports Bar, Fitness and Activities rooms, Salon, Full Commercial Kitchen, Administration, Meeting areas, Laundry, General Storage, and Mechanical Support Areas.
