The Muses Apartments

The first LEED-Certified multi-family housing project in Louisiana

The 263-unit, four-story Muses Apartment complex sits a block from St. Charles Boulevard in New Orleans, LA.  Phase I and II of the project occupy most of the city block. The unit mix includes one-, two-, and three- bedroom units. This LEED certified project features high efficiency HVAC equipment, rain gardens, permeable paving, bicycle storage, electrical vehicle charging stations, etc.

As the first LEED-Certified multi-family housing project in Louisiana, The Muses had a hand in revitalizing the local community. In 2010, it won the Development of Distinction Award from Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits for success in overcoming significant obstacles.
