Liquor Barn

This project included renovation of an old Ford Dealership into a Mega Liquor Store. The design team had to demolish part of the existing building, create openings in existing bearing walls, extend upwards part of existing structure, and create new warehouse at the rear of the property – all in the effort to create large open ceiling store.
